| INSTALLATION AND SERVICE THE PHILCO-DELCO CAR RADIO INSTALLATION AND SERVICE ORGANISATION is the largest and most widespread organisation of its kind in this country and provides expert installation and service facilities, by Philco-Delco trained mechanics, in all principal centres. The knowledge and experience behind these official Philco-Delco Stations is the combined knowledge and experience of PHILCO—the world’s largest makers of radio receivers and the originators of car radio and DELCO—the world’s largest manufacturers of automobile electrical equipment—the operators of the largest service organisation in the motoring world and the firm with the greatest experience of car radio installation and service in this country. PHILCO CONTROL UNIT THE NEW PHILCO TWO KNOB CONTROL UNIT is in smartly styled brown camera crinkle finish which harmonises with any car interior. It is compact and unobtrusive yet sturdy in design and is very universal of application. It can, for example (1) be fitted under the lip of the dashboard; (2) be fitted on to the steering column (for which a special bracket and extra long cables are available); (3) be built in to match the other instruments on the dashboard for which purpose oval, round or special shaped escutcheon plates are available; (4) be built in to the inside trim of coach-built bodies.
