X 1280 Exprl. Dept. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Std.4/JH. 30th March, 1936. Messrs. John Marston Ltd., Paul Street Works, Wolverhampton. For the attention of Mr. Southall. Dear Sirs, We should like to know whether you have carried out any further tests on your Mark V and Mark VI matrices, to establish any superiority of the Mark VI, as discussed during the writer's last visit to your works. We should also like to know how soon you expect to have the Mark VI matrix in production as we shall probably need this type of matrix on our Phantom lll cars, if your tests show it to be superior to the Mark V matrix. Yours faithfully, FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LTD. | ||
