Re: Complaints.

I enclose copy of letter received from Mr. Sclater-Booth.

It is very distressing to see a letter such as this from the Managing Director of one of our principal retailers.

There is no doubt that our reputation has been and is being seriously damaged by the troubles we have been having.

You can imagine that it is very difficult to know how to reply to a letter of this description.
