No.11. Conditions - RR. previous standard, but with tungsten points, and run with distributor removed, H.T. spark taking place on one gap. Condition fair only, but somewhat better than No.8.

No.12. British Reynold tungsten points fitted to Remy lever and screw and run with RR. previous standard conditions and Remy contact breaker and dist. Condition of points particularly good. Absence of pip on lever and surface pitting. This is the kind of result we should like to see on tungsten points on our own contact breaker.

No 13. Increased mechanical contact pressure, otherwise standard conditions, is not yet carried out.

No.14. Double value condenser, but otherwise standard conditions has been carried out on tungsten but not yet, in this series of experiments, with platinum. Apparently it does not shew any increased advantage of the extra capacity.

No.15. Periodic reversal of current, but with otherwise standard conditions has not yet been carried out.

No.16. With reversal of direction of running of contact breaker, but otherwise with standard conditions has not yet been carried out.

No.17. Of running at various speeds as requested in R4/M18.9.26 (all other tests have been run at the speed specified) under standard conditions has not yet been carried out.
