To HS{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} from DA.{Bernard Day - Chassis Design} [Handwritten top center: X.3506] DA{Bernard Day - Chassis Design}9/CB31-1-20. --------- RE FOOT WARMER FOR CHASSIS - 2-LW. LORD HERBERT SCOTT. We were informed some time ago that we were expected to fit a foot warmer to this chassis and that it would be sent along to us when it arrived. It has not yet arrived and we understand that it has been sent to Experimental Dept. On the other hand 2-LW has gone back to London. Perhaps we ought to have this foot warmer sent into this office so that we could have a look at it and then it had better be sent on to London. [Handwritten annotation:] DA{Bernard Day - Chassis Design}, responsible for everything (bar engines) incl accessories, says K,'HS{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}, let R have a look at this. Foot Warmer must include in the Emperor of Japans 2 Ghosts. DA.{Bernard Day - Chassis Design} [signature] | ||
