Re. your memo RHC{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer}/CY.8/LS.16.2.37., we note with interest your finding of an accumulated bump of iron chips found in the cylinder head upon which we had pre-ignition trouble, and that precautions are being taken to prevent this in future.

This head was ordered complete from Production between approximately 20.1.37 and 27.1.37.
