X2894. EFC7/AD. 20th May, 1930. Mr. G.R.N. Minchin, Messrs. Peto & Radford, 50, Grosvenor Gardens, London, S.W.1. Dear Mr. Minchin, Further to our letter ref. EFC2/AD. of the 14th inst. although we have consulted the Test and Repair Depts. in this connection it appears to be by no means the case that there is any general complaint of dissatisfaction with tungsten points. It is suggested that you might care to bring your car to the Works so that the trouble of which you complain can be more fully investigated. We have written to Mr. Bellringer for his impression of the matter and as to whether it is his general impression that if the tungsten points are attended to in accordance with our general recommendations, such troubles still persist. Yours faithfully, | ||
