QUARTERLY COMPLAINTS.
RUBBER FAN BELT.

GWH.{George W. Hancock - Head Chateauroux} reports from Cricklewood that he observes the rubber fan belts being fitted to cars appear to be too long in the first place, and furthermore, stretch excessively so - becoming slack after the whole range of adjustment has been taken.
