Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} C. Mr. Booth x 94" BY/C12/H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} 12. 10. 23. EAC.III. FRONT SPRINGS. x 94ll In DaB/M.{Mr Moon / Mr Moore} 10. 10. 23. we are informed that Mr.Royce considers it desirable to use stiffer front road springs when front brakes are fitted, but for the purpose of the experiment it would no doubt be sufficient to take an existing front spring with say 100 lbs. greater load than normal. In view of the above will you please instruct the Works to fit front springs with this increased poundage to all chassis which they are now building and for chassis which they will build in future, until we get further instructions.
