V7940 Experimental Dept., Messrs. Rolls-Royce Ltd. Derby. Angleterre. 14.4.30. To Mr. R.{Sir Henry Royce} Guilain, Agent de the General Transport Co. Mr. Brazier is bringing 23-EX over for me as I am detained here for a few days. The car will arrive at Boulogne on Tuesday the 15th. inst., via the Transport boat.
