Park Ward & Co.Ltd., 473, High Road, Willesden, London N.W.10. For the attention of C.A.Falconer,Esq., Dear Sir, Re: Chassis 2.B.5. We have heard from Messrs. Delco-Remy & Hyatt in a communication from them concerning a wireless aerial for the above car that they have been given to understand that the car will have no running boards. We think they must have become confused in some way, as the instructions for the modernised wings for this car sent to you in Da{Bernard Day - Chassis Design}/Ev{Ivan Evernden - coachwork}4/N. of May 19th. last, and shown in a print of FD.{Frank Dodd - Bodies}185 which accompanied the letter, indicates running boards. We are preparing the chassis for wings with running boards. Yours faithfully, FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED. PM Harvey Bailey CHIEF ENGINEER - CHASSIS. | ||
