Radiators.

We have had a visit from Mr.H.B.Hall, of Messrs.Orme, Evans & Co.Ltd.,Wolverhampton, with regard to radiators.

He left with us a block built up of 7 m/m? x 125 m/m tubes with hexagon ends, also a few single tubes of this size, also a few tubes 10 m/m x 120 m/m with hexagon ends, the latter size of tube apparently being now the most popular.

He furnished the following particulars of weights of R.R. size radiators:-

Old O.W.Block................... 61 lbs.

Square tubes with grid........... 89 lbs.

Round tubes 3"?hex.ends......... 64 lbs.approximately
About 66 tubes to lb.

Round tubes 10 m/m x 120 m/m .... 35 lbs.approximately
About 100 tubes to lb

He stated that of the latter size of tubes, namely, 10 m/m x 120 m/m, his firm has about 200 lbs. in stock and I understood Mr.Hall to say that these were our property, but I may have misunderstood him.

Mr.Hall is very anxious to be afforded an opportunity of discussing radiator design and manufacture with us and I would suggest that he be afforded the opportunity.
