X4078 BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} from Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}2/LG29.10.23. N X4078 20 HP. CHASSIS. SPRINGS FOR PUSH BUTTON SWITCH. X7596 With reference to EP{G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer}'s complaint that the springs for the push button Klaxon switch in the steering column are too stiff. We have carried out tests with springs made in 24 S.W.G. material instead of 22 S.W.G. as at present instructed. We find that springs made of this gauge require 3 lbs. pressure. We recommend that in future all springs are made of this gauge. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} MADE AT CROXLEY | ||
