Attached is a resume of test made comparing the cooling of Phantom II with various other cars. In every case the Phantom II was run side by side with the other car to eliminate any atmospheric variations, wind, etc. Full details of the cooling systems, speedometer calibration, bonnet, and undershield ventilation etc. will be circulated in another report, when we hope to be able to add a 75 CHRYSLER to the list. So far we have been unable to get hold of a 16 CYLINDER CADILLAC. The method of test in every case is the same as that outlined in our 1st. Brooklands report of 25.6.30. This third report is somewhat incomplete but is circulated to remove as soon as possible the apprehension which exists that the L.H.
