R.S 238 (150 BKS.) (DS 431-0 12 24) MP J00975 X 3830 ROLLS-ROYCE LTD. INSTRUCTIONS. To: E.C.B. Date: 11-2-1926 Order No.: J.C.S. Customer's No.: Re Tungstone Bell leakage test. This cell was fully charged & the specific gravity reading 1300 & then was allowed to stand on open circuit for one week, having no wires connected to its terminals. After standing for this period the specific gravity had fallen to 1260. It was then discharged at a constant current of 5.0 amperes & gave only 17.5 ampere hours. This proves that the cell does suffer from internal leakage. Signed: G.G. This Sheet must be filed on completion of the work. | ||
