Dear Sirs, One of the two clocks mentioned in your letter of the 18th inst. ref. HRB/NS.{Norman Scott} was fitted to one of our chassis but on being connected up would not operate. We have tested same on a 12 volt battery but neither by setting the hands nor shaking could it be made to operate. We are sending this clock back under separate cover for your examination.
