Mr Royce 2/9 12. X393 Coachwork (Re aluminium treads) TBB6/L2912. Mr Wormald has asked me to send you the following report from Mr Kirby, written from Bombay, concerning aluminium treads:- "Side footboards out in this country should be covered with aluminium instead of rubber. Aluminium lasts much longer and always looks neat, rubber soon wears and looks shabby." I think this point should be put before Sales in order that they may give this advice to Colonial customers. | ||
