REPORT OF ACCIDENT TO HISPANO CAR.

Whilst driving the Hispano Suiza car on the afternoon of 16th. April at 2.45 p.m., the car was standing at the level crossing at Sawley and in order to leave more room for a buss on the other side of the gates, the car was backed a yard or two and hit the o.s. mudguard of a small car owned by Mr. W.H.Henton, 'Ivy Dene', Attenborough.

The wing was bent and was straightened on the spot to clear the wheel. A slight dent was made - the n.s. rear wing of the Hispano. No further damage was sustained.

The small car was close up to the Hispano and not visible from the driving seat.
