Dear Sirs, We are today returning to you three thermostats of 'BV' type, code X.30065/7, which have been purchased from you from time to time and which have opening temperatures of approximately 80°C. Will you please re-set these thermostats to have an opening temperature of 77° ± 1°C, and will you please ensure that the opening temperature is definitely within these limits.
