Dear Sirs,

We are today returning to you three thermostats of 'BV' type, code X.30065/7, which have been purchased from you from time to time and which have opening temperatures of approximately 80°C.

Will you please re-set these thermostats to have an opening temperature of 77° ± 1°C, and will you please ensure that the opening temperature is definitely within these limits.

We are urgently requiring these units and would like to have them back by return if possible.
