RE. 20 HP. SPARE WHEEL BRACKET. BJ2/H16.3.23.

We have heard of no previous failure of the spare wheel bracket. It is very difficult to conceive how this bracket could fail under normal conditions.

The failure may have been caused by faulty brazing or by a defective casting.

We should like to have immediately full particulars of the failure - we wish to know :-

1. Whether either of the steel tubes have broken.
2. Whether the bronze casting has broken.
3. Whether the tube has broken away from the casting owing to defective brazing.
