Horizontal Hand Brake Lever -
SpectreCodename for Phantom III.

Further to Hdy.{William Hardy}2/HP.2.7.35 and the loss of 1" of travel of the handle of the lever on 3.S.1, the only way we can account for this is that there must be one or more of the parts concerned not in the designed position. Also there may not have been any need to raise the handle as much as 1".

We cannot tell where the fault lies until the car returns but we have checked the floor height on both 1.S.1 and 2.S.1 and in both cases it is correct within .125". The matting adds less than .250" so the height from the top of the frame to the top of the matting is 2.250 + .125. Our allowance between the underside of the handle and the top of the frame is 3.250" so there should be not less than 7/8" underneath the handle. Even if this is thought to be insufficient an extra .250" should be all that is required.
