Referring to H.1/HP.30.4.34 I think it is unwise for us to have memoranda in circulation with the heading of this memo. and suggest we should use the name 'Wraith' instead.

All memos. in regard to both this and SpectreCodename for Phantom III shoul be marked 'Secret' and deal'with in the same way as other secret matters in-the past.
