Y=840 PN.{Mr Northey}1/WTS.8.31. S/W. Ha/AM....... from PN.{Mr Northey} 19-C4. Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} wishes me to keep closely in touch with you in respect of the operations with this car, which as you are aware, it is urgently hoped will be available to leave for France on its 10,000 miles test as soon as possible after the 10th instant. It is desired again to remind you of a point, which although trivial in one aspect, is considered by Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} of great importance, and that is the definite provision of a "Camouflage" apron or screen at the bottom of the radiator front in order that anyone on the boat or any other place may not be struck by anything unusual in the appearance of this 25 H.P. car.
