Dear Sirs,

X.1434 For the attention of Mr. Watson.

We have had a communication from Messrs. Handley Page Co.Ltd., in which they tell us that your Company have been experimenting with lubricating Oils suitable for use on Aircraft Engines and that you have evolved a satisfactory oil in which a percentage of Castor Oil is used. We should be very pleased to have the following particulars of this oil:-

1. Percentage of castor oil.
2. Percentage of Mineral Oil.
3. Viscosity at 50°C, 75°C and 100°C.
4. Flash Point.
5. Setting Point.
6. Percentage of Acid.
