Dear Robotham,

Many thanks for the details of your Apprenticeship Schemes.

I am sorry that there is apparently no opportunity for my nephew to get some training with you, because there are so few Works today where a boy can go and learn anything but mass production organization.

It is kind of you to offer to fix him up somewhere in the Works if he did decide to come, but unless it was going to be under your personal eye, I doubt from what you say whether it would be a good thing to do.
