Dear Mr. Robotham: We are enclosing invoices covering the samples that were shipped to New York. Our invoice No. 77943 for one job, No. 76510 for two, were shipped to Inskip at New York, while invoice No. 76002 covered the one we put in your car when you were here. Those that were shipped direct to you the invoices went along with the shipments. I hope when you look at the cost of these samples you will not have a nervous breakdown. I know that you appreciate, of course, they were all made in our tool-room and that kind of work is costly. The first one that we brought through, the one we put in your car, we had something like $99.00 worth of labor alone on it. I have taken the entire cost and divided it by the number of driven members made, which gives us an average cost of $64.19. With kindest regards, I am Yours very truly, LONG MANUFACTURING DIVISION BORG-WARNER CORPORATION (Signature) Sales Manager LJLoranger/KB. ENCLOSURE NO 262 "JUSTSO" | ||
