EXPERIMENTAL DEPARTMENT REPORT REFERENCE :- Ha/PJH.2/KW.11.6.34. Subject of Report :- Endurance test on Standard Bentley Unit. General Conclusions :- Unit completed 60 hrs. running without outward signs of failure. Upon examination 3 pistons and centre plate of crankshaft damper etc. found to have failed.
