X No. 4466 / 7420 Drawing No. Origin. To reduce squeaking brakes. Part List Experimental Test Report. We have been trying various brake linings for several years. We believe Tenoid will give equal wearing qualities with less squeaks and more consistent braking. Road Test Report. Run 7000 miles on 12-EX (2500 in France), 4,000 miles on 8-EX. We propose to try a small quantity on production before adopting this material extensively. A Scrap and replace at all costs, including Chassis already delivered to Customers.
