We are enclosing copy of letter from General Bakelite Company concerning this subject, and also their blue print No. 159. This is as per last paragraph in my letter of August 24, Cy1-W-82422.

The circular mentioned was sent on to Mr. Platford, with a copy of their letter and blue print, by Mr. Caswell, during my absence.
