| X4008 To RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} from EFC. c. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/AJL. EFC2/T14.1.27. AUTO SWITCH. Herewith we hand to you auto switch C. This is our original experimental model, with slight improvements in the winding. Will you please have this put on 9-G3 in place of auto switch E which we recently had put on. These three, viz. D, E and F, which were instructed from the D.O. have not been as good as our original experimental model C for reasons which we now appreciate, and EX/RD. has is issuing an instruction for modification of the two of these which are available (viz. E and F), E being the one to be removed from 9-G3, and F at present in our laboratory, in accordance with our requirements. A sketch showing the change is attached. EFC. | ||
