For the attention of Mr. Harris.

Dear Sirs,

Confirming the points raised during our 'phone conversation of yesterday morning.

(1)
We are despatching to you under separate cover 1. Ph.III type Petrol Pump for modifications to be carried out, making the pump fully up to date. Will you please let us have this back as soon as possible.

(2)
As explained on the telephone, we have not yet had a chance to try out the pistons and pots as promised, but will do so at the first opportunity.

(3)
We have now received the 3 flat based pumps from our Stores, for which we thank you.

(4)
Will you please write to Mr. Salt, stating the position of the carburetter changeover job as you understand it to be. Mr. Salt will then check up at this end and see that our instructions agree with yours. This may possibly prevent confusion later on.

(5)
Referring to your letter FH/HMH.7.12.35, to Mr. Royce, we understand that we are "all square" with regard to Order No.94468.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED
