W/S. To H/CD. from Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} XS980 Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}5/LG21.9.25. NEW PHANTOMCodename for PHANTOM I OVER-OILING. H/CD1/BP19.9.25. Excessive oil consumption has been complained of on every experimental Phantom car which has run a 10,000 miles test. At the Conference held in Derby 12.3.25 at which the first programme for E.A.C. deliveries was got out, it was pointed out that the over-oiling of the engine was a problem which had not been solved. Experimental cars do not suffer from over-oiling when run under normal conditions. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} | ||
