2 TD41 The three vertical ribs which come beneath the lug thicken out at the top to give strength in the same way as the negative. The top edge of the plate is straight where it passes beneath the negative strap, this is to give a greater distance to allow for the growing of the plate in a vertical direction. By the dimensions given it will be seen that the positive is slightly thinner than the [strikethrough] as previously by .015" & is slightly less wide than the negative. The grid has a very open mesh & I feel it would be better if made closer to hold in the paste although the design of the grid is very good with this point in view.
