To BY/SS.{S. Smith} from Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} X8140 Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rml/LG11.2.25. THROTTLE GOVERNOR. We require a torsional spring to be fitted on lever E.72643 to return the Camshaft. When fitted up so that the throttle closes satisfactorily, this lever moves from its lowest position upwards through .625°. The torque required about the shaft upon which this lever is fixed, is 2¼ lbs.in. when the lever extremity is .625" from its lowest position.
