Dear Sirs, We thank you for your letter of the 24th instant, reference A/FC. and note your remarks therein. We are anxious for you to give us all the assistance possible in preventing any occurrence of the regulator trouble we have had and we would like you therefore to send your representative to our Works Laboratory to examine the particular regulator complained of and to make suggestions for the better operation of these regulators on our dynamos in view of your remarks in the last paragraph of your letter.
