Dear sirs, We have in course of preparation a new Chart of Recommendations, which we want to have ready for distribution as soon as motoring becomes a little more normal than it is at the present moment, and we ask for your kind assistance in connection with the cars you manufacture. Gargoyle Mobiloils are obtainable throughout the country, and there are undoubtedly a large number of users of your Cars who use our products. We are therefore desirous of including in our chart the correct grades of Gargoyle Mobiloils which we recommend to give the best possible service from a lubrication stand-point. With this end in view, we are attaching Engineers Inspection Report forms, which we shall be glad if you will fill in and return to us at your earliest convenience. If you have not made any material change in design since the pre-war period, advice to that effect will suffice, as we do not wish you to fill in the forms unnecessarily. Whether you employ Gargoyle Mobiloils or not we hope you will give us this information, which will be treated in strict confidence, in order that we may base our recommendation correctly in the interests of the private owner.
