T.L. Turner, Esq.,
The Zenith Carburetter Co.,
Honeypot Lane,
Stanmore, Middlesex.

Dear Mr. Turner,

I have received a letter from Mr. Mock of the Stromberg Carburetter Co., and with it a layout for the Phantom III carburetter incorporating all the improvements which have lately been made on similar dual carburetters in the United States.

You are doubtless aware that there are several characteristics of the present carburetter which are causing us a certain amount of trouble; in particular, flooding when standing on gradients and percolation.

We should, therefore, like the opportunity of discussing with you at your earliest convenience what steps can be taken to produce one of these modified carburetters as soon as possible.

Yours sincerely,
