My personal expenses averaged 10 dollars per day.. Although I have bought a numberof vouchers for Hotels, I propose that you get CJ. to agree to a flat rate of 10 dollars per day. When travelling from place to place in the U.S.A., it is very difficult to obtain vouvhers. Mr. Olley who was travelling with me some part of the time, was allowed 9 dollars per day for personal expenses, by R-R Springfield.
