EFC2/T16.9.25.

Recent experience on batteries of various kinds has led us to certain conclusions which, we feel, express what is wanted to be known by an average user of batteries, in a more practical way than is generally the case.

We have also made a series of observations with a Cadmium Electrode, and a statement of the utility of this device is also contained in the report attached.
