Dear Sirs,

In reply to your letter of 29th ult., we beg to inform you that we have found the Cambridge Instrument Co's rotational accelerometer very satisfactory when investigating torsional vibrations in our Diesel Engines.

We think it is an excellent instrument, but we have not had occasion to use it for anything like so high a frequency as 250 per second, nevertheless, we think it would be suitable for the duty you mention, it being far more sensitive than the Geiger.

Yours faithfully,
PETER BROTHERHOOD LTD.,

A M Neal
Director & General Manager.
