Dear Sirs,

The writer received Mr. Dixon's message and is pleased to hear that he will be able to call here on Tuesday next, the 28th instant.

Perhaps in the meantime you will consider the programme we should adopt with respect to existing friction linings in view of the fact that the test rig appears to be now in a satisfactory form. Incidentally we have cut out the time contact breaker and substituted a switch on the motor switch gear, and this switch now operates the timing pen and indicates the precise spot on the friction curve where the speed changes from acceleration to deceleration.

Yours faithfully,
FERODO LIMITED.
