You will see in our daily report that N° 5
Con-rod broke and came through the Crankcase.

We have had Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} down here, and after examining
the Body, it was decided to bring the Car back to Derby.

We are therefore patching it up and returning
on three Cylinders if possible.
