Richard Summers, Esq.,
Messrs. John Summers & Sons Ltd.,
Hawarden Bridge Steel Works,
Shotton,
Chester.

Dear Mr. Summers,

I understand you want to know the exact road speeds for various engine speeds on each gear. At 4500 r.p.m. the road speeds on top, 3rd, 2nd and 1st gears are 94, 76, 54 and 34 m.p.h.

Hoping the speedo. is not too fast.

Yours sincerely,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED.
