Bailey - Chief Engineer} CWB. +4155 Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}3/LG2. 5.28. ACCIDENT TO 15-EX CAR. +8940L We have examined the chassis of this car since it has returned and we can find nothing wrong with the steering. We have not been able to find anything which could cause the car to skid. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} examined the piece of road where the accident happened when he was in France with 12-EX, and was of the opinion that under wet road conditions, the surface and the camber might be treacherous.
