Dear Sir,

Your letter CWN/LLL of the 20th inst. to hand this morning. You will now have received a letter despatched to you yesterday. In the meanwhile we will try and arrange a suitable time for your Electrical Engineer to call upon us and will advise you of this time later, but we shall be glad in the meanwhile to receive an answer from you to our letter of yesterday.
