STANDARDISATION of CHASSIS PARTS.
Description of Parts. INCREASED PERCENTAGE OF BRAKING ON THE FRONT AXLE FROM 35 to 40% (amended by hand to 40% to 41%)
Origin. REQUEST FROM CUSTOMERS AND SALES.
Experimental Test Report. Originally on the Phantom I we had this percentage of front braking. Now that we have a front axle control we wish to revert to it.
Road Test Report. Fitted on 58.G.N. and approved. We recommend it should only be utilised with cast iron brake drums. We should like more front brake area.
