X. 7250 To BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} from DA.{Bernard Day - Chassis Design} c. to CJ. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} DA{Bernard Day - Chassis Design}2/M3. 11.25. EAC. 8. RADIATOR & SHUTTERS. We send herewith N.sch. 2077 - shewing the radiator with integral shutters. The height of this radiator above the frame is the same as 'W' series but a little has been gained below the frame, so that the matrix is actually deeper. The shutters are very nearly the same as those of the previous 'W' series radiator, but the bottom support has been simplified, and the top casting is narrower. The control is intended to be in the same place. DA.{Bernard Day - Chassis Design} | ||
