Confirming the use of a new accelerator pedal with less travel for the 'Y' Series.

I wish to confirm that we shall use the new accelerator pedal with less travel on "Y" Series, that forgings certainly should be ordered up for "Y" Series on this basis, and Mr. D'Aeth should modify his undersheets in accordance with the designs he submitted showing same, and issue these drawings for "Y" Series in place of the undersheet at present used for "X". The question of the modified leverage of accelerator pedal was discussed with Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} who is of the opinion we should unquestionably get it in on "Y" Series. BY.{R.W.
