K.L.G. Ignition Plug Failures.

With further reference to our EP{G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer}8/H14.1.24, respecting five faulty K.L.G. Plugs.

On the 18th. inst. we had an interview with Mr. Van Raalte of K.L.G. (Robin Hood Engineering Co) and having obtained these plugs back from your office, we were able to demonstrate to him and to Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} the fault referred to.

Mr. Van Raalte requested that he should be allowed to take these plugs back with him to investigate and report on.

We bring this to your attention, however, so that you shall know how the matter stands, and we trust you will keep in touch with them so as to be able to have some satisfaction that the plugs we are now receiving will not suffer from this defect, also that if plugs in service are likely to give this trouble that they will replace same. To do this we suggest that they should immediately supply us with a stock which should be sent to our Depots for this purpose.

EP.{G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer}
