Silver Wraith Petrol Pump Mounting. The partially cut away stiffening plate which has been added to the centre portion of the frame on this chassis, has made it almost impossible to remove the petrol pump. This is now mounted on a bracket which just clears the stiffening, and bolts on to the outer web of the frame. We suggest that a small vertical plate is left on which the pump with its mounting couldbe directly bolted provided there was spanner room inside the frame. If not holes could be cut for a box spanner in the outside. Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/JBD.{John B. Dixon - Fuel Systems} | ||
